Absolutely exquisite. Best scallops I have ever tasted.
Market Fish Crudo
Very good and interesting combination when we had it. I wasn't sold on the berries in there until I tasted it. The sweat and tart of the berries didn't over power the delicate fish and rather enhanced it. A nice change to other crudos we've had.
Salpicon de Pulpo
Wonderful octopus plate. The burnt salsa, avocado, and tomatoes provide a great flavor and texture pairing with the perfectly tender octopus.
Chile Relleno
I liked the poblano and the mole flavor. It was a little bit picante but just right for my taste.

Filet Skewer
Very good and sizable filet skewer. The wife loved it and if you have a smaller appetite like she does, this can easily work as a main course - there was even some left over for me to try.
Wagyu Steak
The star of the night. It's not easy finding a restaurant that can cook a perfect steak but the chef at Ember's Kitchen has it down to perfection. The steak was so tender it almost melted in your mouth.
Josper-Roasted Carrots
What a delicious plate. Carrots were cooked to perfection which enhanced the sweetness and flavors.
